I was going by the way Laergon explained the betting he is
running would work. Although you are right, that is not how odds
are normaly interpreted. Regardless, it was a chance to gain money.

I'm sure everyone appreciates your clarification on the matter.
Now all that remains to be seen is if Laergon continues to run
the betting as he had earlier stated.
