On behalf of the Council of Viziers, this post is to inform you all of
some Shallamese policies, old and new. The laws of Shallam are available
to any non-enemy in a journal at the gates for clarification.

The following groups are not permitted to walk freely within the Jewel's
walls. If you fall into any of these categories, you will be escorted
out of Shallam's jurisdiction and given one warning. Should you return,
you will be enemied.
-Citizens of Mhaldor
-Members of Mhaldorian Houses
-Allies of Mhaldor
-Members of the Occultist House
-Members of the Apostate class
-Members of the Infernal class
-Members of the Occultist class

In addition, anyone not a citizen, ally, or member of a Shallamese House
is required to remain visible in Shallam at all times. Again, there will
be one warning before being enemied.

Those who defile the streets of Shallam with the corpses of Good or
Innocent creatures also face enemying.

Those who sell Karmic items will be enemied.

Those who aide Maim in her quest will be enemied.


This list is not all-inclusive. Aside from the codified laws, the
Council and Ministry of Security reserve the right to declare enemy
status at their discretion.
