This is directed to any who own shops within Mhaldor.

The Commerce laws have been updated as follows:

Section II - 2, and VI - 2 a reference of guild changed to house
and
Section VI - 2 reflects that Mhaldor reserves the right to to seize the
shop of any city enemy immediately unless there is a justified dispute.

Shop owners who wish a new updated version of the laws surrounding shop
keeping in the city should contact me and I will provide you with the
scroll.
