A Duel to the Shallamese Champion.

Greetings, Shallam.

In the light of recent unfortunate events that have been occuring in the
world, it seems that while the world has generally been improving,
several individuals are doing their best to drag things down.

I propose a good old-fashioned duel - I challenge a single champion from
Shallam, selected by the city as they wish, to duel me, fifteen months
from the writing of this post.

The rules will be simple, which you should already know:
- neither combatants will leave the area of the duel. Moving about rooms
is fine, but none are to cross the border of the area. If anyone runs
out of supplies - their loss, because ample time was given to prepare.
They are welcome to ask supplies from friends mid-combat.
- neither combatants will wear, or use, any artefacts. Pipes, vials are
excluded for obvious reasons. As for myself, I of course will not be in
Dragon form.
- the duel will end when either combatant starbursts, or dies in a way
that bypasses starburst.
- there will be a count down before the beginning of the duel. If there
is any set up involved (for example, vibes), it will be set up after the
count down.

The rules seem simple enough, and the purpose of this is strictly for
the promotion of honourable combat. I am by no means the best combatant
of Mhaldor.

Sir Vadimuses, Knight of Mhaldor.

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Sarapin, in the year 448 AF.
