In my naivete' as a young-ling, a 'newbie' if you would, I made a few
grievous errors on my part which both broke the laws of the the blood
congregation, but also brought shame upon myself and the house as a
whole. I completely ignored the law placed upon Malefics regarding the
killing of other adventures. Twice I caused the death of other
young-lings that had done something I found disliking or annoying, which
was against the laws of the house.

The laws of the house state that no Malefic may kill, harm, or attack
another adventurer. This included things like leeching, feeding, or any
other attack that may not cause physical harm to a person, they still
count as attacks. There are reasons that these laws are placed in
effect. If there were not laws in the congregation there would be chaos.
There would be no order to the people within the group, no discipline,
which is a great weakness. This would not only leave the singular person
open and weak, it would leave the entire organization open to total
annihilation.

Any weakness shown by a single person within the Congregation is seen as
a weakness in the Congregation itself and can not be tolerated. This is
why I am exceedingly thankful that I am being given a second change.
Also, I apologize and swear upon my life that I will never again do
anything to bring shame upon myself or my house.
