Do we want ships?

It came to me last night: a vision, a message, an understanding.

Years ago the gods promised the coming of ships, yet some force
prevented it. What force could rival the will of the gods?

What force indeed, but a rogue god.

With ships we would command the sea. Doing so we would steal control
of the sea from Neraeos, God of the Sea.

It is only logical that he must be the one who has been preventing us
from building ships and learning to navagate the ocean. As God of
the Sea, he must control this knoweledge.

Is it not time we fought back?

I call upon you all to help me wrest control of the sea from Neraeos.

Current followers of this god: If you want ships leave him. All
who stay loyal to Neraeos clearly want to prevent us from ever
exploring the sea and any possible new lands.

All who want ships to come and want to learn about shipbuilding and
nautical powers and abilities help me weaken Neraeos's hold on the sea.

How?
Simple. Until ships are redily available, take every corpse you collect
to a shrine of Neraeos and SACRIFICE <type of corpse> TO DEFILE.

This will eventually weaken him so hopefully he can no longer prevent
us from building ships and conquering the sea.

If the followers of Neraeos come after me,
I die as a martyr, but I was given this message to convey,
And I know there are many of you ready for ships,
Like I am,
Whekrita, the Lone Raven

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Miraman, in the year 446 AF.
