When My herald spoke with you many years ago, explaining the precise
nature of your punishment, certain terms were set.

I have kept My word, and though the mark cannot and will not be lifted
by My hand, the torment with which you have come to associate it will
henceforth end until such time as you give Me reason to enact it once
more.
