Greetings Sapience,

I come before you all to inform you as a proud follower of Lady Tarah
that the year 441 will be a special year to honour the Lady of Harmony
and Compassion. The Tarah-fest will fill the year 441 with games and
fun!

1) essence gathering contest
2) lottery
3) writing contest
4) artisanal contest
5) design contest
and throughout the year 441 there will be various mini events too

1) The essence gathering contest
Send a message to Anise saying you want to join the essence contest and
also include your level, class and House please.
The contest will run from the 1st of Sarapin till the 1st of Ero there
will be an essence gathering contest. The Lady will double Her normal
favouring and prizes will go to the top gatherers. And don't let your
level stop you from joining, there will be different categories.
Those actively opposing the ideals of Lady Tarah will not be considered.

But please, don't just go kill anything on your path, here are some of
the Lady's guidelines for hunting:
You should spare the good and the innocent (innocent meaning, roughly,
neutral). These are our allies, those who may walk beside us in need.
They are, most often, people simply living their lives in the best way
they know how. You may always defend yourself against attack, although I
also expect that once you know you are not welcome, you avoid provoking
attack. You may defend the life of another. Also, auras are not always
accurate. If you have enough evidence to believe other than what the
aura indicates, you may act - but do be sure. Simply being aggressive or
rude is not enough, it may simply indicate a people who are tired of
being constantly slaughtered, or are attempting to protect something
very valuable from outsiders.
The creatures of Nature may be hunted in accordance with the standards
of Harmony. Take with need, take with care. Understand the ecosystem in
which you walk, and hunt within it.
Always remember the Ripples.


2) Tarah's lottery (drawing in Ero 441)
This lottery will not be run by the lottery system but by me personally.
And it is a lottery with a twist. You can only buy tickets for others,
people you want to thank or people you find are great examples of being
Harmonious or compassionate.
Tickets will cost 200 gold a piece and for every 5 tickets you buy you
will get a ticket too and a chance to win. Deposit the gold in the bank
'deposit <amount> gold Tarah' and send a message to Tow who you are
buying the tickets for, feel free to add a note why that person deserves
a ticket.

Prizes: strongfavours from the Lady, 100k gold, 50k gold, credit prizes,
500 bloodroot and moss, other herb packages, vials of choice, 10% of all
tickets sold and many other prizes. At least 20 tickets will get a prize


3) Writing contest (till Ero 441)
Send in stories and poems inspired by Lady Tarah or touching Her realm.
Send them in a letter to Vivienne and please drop her a message with the
title of your work when your letter has been send.


4) Artisanal contest (till Ero 441)
contact Tow if you want to send in a work of art inspired by Lady Tarah
or Her realm. (following same rules as the Divine artisanal contest)


5) Design contest (till Ero 441)
can include any clothing or jewelry design that is availible inspired by
Lady Tarah or Her realm. Send it in a letter to Tow.
