Hail, Sapience.

In the past, Shallam's Council has issued two statements regarding
indidivuals who are banned from entering the walls of the Jewel. These
statements can be found in Public post 15505 and 15744.

The Council is writing to this board again in order to announce an
expansion of the ban previously enacted. While a select few of you may
have already experienced the effects of this ban, this post shall serve
as a formal statement from the Council stating that those individuals
who practice Occultism or Necromancy are forbidden from entering
Shallam.

As was mentioned in Public post 15744, offenders will be allowed a
single infraction before being formally enemied.

As was also mentioned in Public post 15505, people who are enemied due
to this policy will most likely find leniency in the future should they
cease to practice these abilities and apply for allyship or citizenship
to the Jewel.

Further questions regarding specifics of this policy can be sent to
either me or another Council member.
