To the city of Shallam, its citizens, and the organisations and houses
associated with it and the Church:

I, Taraus Van Helsing, step forward now and offer a humble apology to
those listed above. These words are written from myself, and only
myself, and are entirely seperate of any and all of my own personal
associations. They come from a simple individual who has recognized the
error of her ways, and wishes to make amends. Past transgressions
committed by myself include raiding the city, participating in the
sieges of the icons, and violence against citizens.

I do express my remorse at actions, and offer my solemn word that I'll
not stand against the city or her protected in such a manner again.

And let it be known by all that this apology comes not from prompting,
requirement or demand - but simply from myself. I make it of my own
volition, and with no other intent than for the other parties involved
to be made aware of my contrition.
