Hail Houses of Sapience!

The much expected moment has finally come, after almost a year of
waiting. The next round of the Tournament is about to begin!

Now I shall announce the houses that have managed to go forth into the
second round!

-> In the first match, we had the Mojushai versus the Serpentlords.
Although the Serpentlords started very good, with Zidayn's victory over
Liliana, Tyndaryn and Hoshi (from the Mojushai) managed to turn the
tides and bring victory to their house! Thus the Mojushai were the first
team to pass onto the next phase!

-> The Hashani Rumble ended as fast as it started, with a quick and
decisive victory from the Merchants of the Crown. First Aliath defeated
Draqoom in the first game and the following month Incehun defeated
Chapel, assuring a 2-0 victory for the Merchants. The match between
Saltaern and Pharaus was pointless.

-> The Sentinels vs The Guardians of Light was also a match that ended
rather fast and with only one clear winner. The Guardians of Light had 2
decisive victories, thanks to Sir Fonetic and Dame Dramata, assuring a
well deserved 2-0 for the Guardians and pushing their house forth onto
the next round.

-> The Last house from Eleusis , The Sylvanic Fellowship had a much more
balanced match with the Empyreal Assembly. At first, Nona (Empyreals)
defeated Chardrin, but in the very next game, Silvos equaled the score,
by defeating Dalkren. The decisive match was between Earionduil and
Elynsynos, where Earionduil, the team leader of the Empyreals, managed
to come out victorious.

-> The biggest surprise , so far, of the Tournament occurred in the
match between the Crystalline Circle and the Occultists. The Occultists
are the current owners of the trophy and champions of the Golden Pawn
Tournament. Much to our surprise, the Occultists were defeated with a
general score of 2-0. Solarus, the best player of the previous
tournament, losing to Espion. And more of a shock, I have just received
word that Espion will not be a main player of the Crystalline Circle in
the next phase...

-> The Cyrene derby was finished just today. The Arcane Kindred was
defeated with a general score of 2-0 by the Wardens, Platonus and Hosea
ensuring their house's performance in the next round.

-> Last, but certainly not least, the Sentaari lost to the Jesters, with
a blunt 2-0 score. However, this match is not completely solved as we
still have some problems to solve here. Although the Jesters have
qualified for the next round, the Sentaari might still be the team
playing in their place.

To all the houses that have lost in this tournament, I'd like to thank
them for joining and welcome them warmly to the future edition of this
tournament! Plenty of time to train and prepare a strong team to rock
the world!

To those who qualified for the next round, THIS month we shall hold the
drawing for the next round. The Drawing shall take place
(*COUGH*INSANITY*COUGH* 18:00 Achaean GMT *COUGH*INSANITY*COUGH). I will
require one member of each of the participant houses to attend the
drawing and preferably bring an item of importance for their house.
Thank you!

May the best house win!

P.S. I will ask of all the Team leaders from EACH house to send me a
message with their Main Players list for the next round, if they haven't
done so.

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Chronos, in the year 434 AF.
