M'Lord,
I can only imagine that it is a mark of the esteem in which the city You
patron, and Mhaldor, is held that so many desired to wrest the Effigy of
Victory from Ashtan's grasp.
When the fog of war descends onto the battlefield it is truly hard to
distinguish friend from foe, but I did turn down a request from Ashtan
for Shallamese help at one point. I hope You do not doubt my opposition
to Chaos after waging an unjust war against the orders of Elysia and
Mithraea on account of a series of defilings against Your Wife's shrines
made by myself and some comrades in my youth, prior to any of us being
in an order.
With respect to Your Divinity
