Shallam sends out its thanks to all who helped bring the Effigy to the
gates of our fair city, especially to the warriors of Cyrene with whom
we share this victory. They stood staunchly by our sides throughout the
victory and it is as much theirs as ours. We look forward to repaying
you with the same committment that you showed this month.

We also thank Eleusis for turning the tide of the conflict at the vital
moment. I am sure without your intervention things would have been very
different. Much thanks must also be given to the fighters of Hashan who
helped us as well. Shallam will try and repay your help in the future,
whether in CTFs or in providing assistance against Mhaldor's unlawful
attacks upon your peaceful lives.

Mhaldorians know that the Light has not faded, that Good still exists in
the realms. For those of you who do not accept Evil fully into your
souls, there is a path to redemption for your crimes, and now I promise
to show you the way, either through argument or with Shallamese blades.
