Greetings Sapience,

I am dismayed to hear all this news coming from Shallam, as I'm sure
most of us are. You've gone far to long without acting, spent too much
time being complacent. You've been walking the path of ignorance and now
it is time for you to open your eyes.

Your city forsakes that which is essential to our creation, to our
lives, to who we are as sentient beings! Chaos, Entropy and Discord.
Chaos is not some force to be blamed for all of your problems. In this
case, we see Entropy surge around those who are relying on their base
emotions, their drive for vengeance. Then the Discord caused by those
who seek to weed out opposition. We all see it, your leaders are
persecuting those who stand against him, not those who may "side" with
Chaos. In doing so, they are not helping in their fight to destroy what
they fear or misunderstand, they are only strengthening its hold on our
world. More Chaos for us to revel in, more Chaos to show us all that it
is not something to be blindly feared. For this, I thank all of you who
are involved.

Chaos is not the cause of this, however it is the effect. Though I'd be
ignorant to believe you don't wish to destroy it. Though this is not
possible, you can still stop it. Should you really wish to halt what you
fear, then act! Don't let this them rule, those who, through their power
are enhancing the effects of Chaos on this world. They are merely
servants of Chaos and not fit to rule over your city!
