After posting to my city, Shallam about the idea, and receiving a lot of
interest, ideas, and offers to help, I would like to announce to you all
that I creating a clan with several anti-theft related purposes. First,
I will be creating and maintaining an active and accurate list of
thieves, and information about them.

The clan members who are able to do so will do what I have been doing
for over a year, which as been quite successful; tracking thieves
movement throughout Sapience, and both warning potential targets, and
fighting the thieves back into their hiding places.

There will be very extensive clan help scrolls regarding anti-theft,
enabling any member of any age to become an anti-theft teacher. People
have told me that that is a Houses job, but... Houses often fail to do
so, as people, mostly novices, are being robbed at almost all times.

This won't be a casual thing. Inactive members won't be kept, nor will
potential spies. The clan will be private, but not secret. I am going to
buy a used clan. Those who can afford to help me fund it, or donate a
clan, it would be very helpful, as I bash for my gold, and it is slow
work. Also, anyone willing to sell a used clan, please contact me.

Finally, I'd like to emphasize that this is not experimental. My work
alone has stopped over a hudred theft attempt. Not to be arrogant, but I
want to emphasize that it is easy to stop theft. All it takes is a
little time and effort. I would like to see such effort from others in
the clan, so that throughout the month at all times, there will be no
safe place for the thieves of Sapience.
