To wise men and women everywhere,

The Lord of Oppressions awakening heralds the continued strengthening of
Mhaldor. His armies attack with renewed vigour and no doubt their sights
are set beyond the walls of Shallam. This is no longer a war for Shallam
to fight alone, because Mhaldor will only stop once it achieves hegemony
and domination over the entire realm.

Every month the soldiers of Mhaldor raid and harass Eleusis and Ashtan.
The Crown Merchants and Cyrene secure their safety with pieces of paper,
but the current generation of Mhaldorians have already shown how little
value they place on keeping their word. Now is the time to act if you
wish to preserve the freedom of your loved ones and your homes.

All of you who believe in Righteousness and Light, but have drifted from
Shallam please consider returning. If there are obstacles to this return
they can be overcome. All of you who wish to see the armies of Mhaldor
turned back, view us in Shallam as allies in this cause. All of you who
wish to see Balance exist between Evil and Good, know that your inaction
risks the loss of this balance. The world is staring to spin out of
control.

When Oppression and Suffering walk freely across this realm it will be
too late.
