During the time my soul has been away from the realms to weather the
result of a certain bad decision (unrelated to this apology, see my last
public post), I have been doing some serious thinking about my actions
in this realm.

In short, I would like to issue a blanket apology to those who I have
offended or discomfitted due to certain forms of misbehaviour I've
indulged in all too frequently. More often than not it has stemmed from
an attempt to cope with severe emotional stresses both here and in other
realities, but it is neither a healthy nor a responsible way to deal
with my troubles. Hopefully the vast majority of my otherworldly woes
will be assuaged very shortly, but putting off my reformation until then
is still unacceptable. Saying "I'll shape up when things get easier," is
hardly the credo of someone dedicated to self-improvement.

For those of you that I have dismissed as chronically abusive lunatics
and refused to have any further contact with, don't worry, I still feel
no compunction at doing so, and your snubbings stand. I do however
realise that more than likely we would never have come into contact if
not for my prior actions of the sort I am apologising for, so I also
express my regret at indirectly causing your emotional distress, no
matter how irrational it may have been.

For those who have snubbed -me- for good reason regarding my
misbehaviour, I do not expect you to change your minds about me, either,
but I nonetheless extend my apologies to you and hope you can forgive my
crassness, whether or not you ever decided to speak to me again.

Lastly, for those who did and still do enjoy my misbehaviour, I can only
hope that you can appreciate me for more than my antics and this will
not be a serious problem between us.

I am no saint and never will be, but in this one area I hope to be able
to hold firm in my resolve and cause no more emotional distress or
discomfort. I know I have been quite vague and deliberately so, but for
those to whom this apology applies, I'm sure you will understand. Also
do not think that there was no genuine affection in my antics, but from
now on I shall find healthier ways of expressing it than melding it with
my unfortunate tendency to shed my frustrations inappropriately.

I shall be returning to the realms more regularly soon, hopefully
behaving more suitably.
