Unfortunately the Bastion Bugle is a little delayed in getting out its
latest edition, so I am posting the Blossom Festival Program here for
your information. Please let me know if you wish to enter any of the
events, and see PUBLIC 16206 and 16224 for further information regarding
competitions and prizes.

20th Sarapin 425 - Opening Ceremony
-----------------------------------
The Mayor of Thera will be dismissing the Theran, Blackrock and Petran
soldiers from their lengthy service. The Blackrock dwarves played a key
role in the end of the Vertani War, and during the Opening Ceremony they
will once more be assisting us in a special symbolic gesture. Come along
and be part of this auspicious event.



21st Sarapin 425 - Retelling of the Rise and Fall of Thera
----------------------------------------------------------
Skarash Azon, a well respected and skill story teller from Ashtan, will
present this gripping retelling of the history of Thera, including its
destruction by the Vertani.



17th Daedalan 425 - Blossom Treasure Hunt
-----------------------------------------
Come along for a fun Treasure Hunt in Thera, find enough flowers and you
can win a prize! Shovels provided by event organisers.



18th Daedalan 425 - Aegean Sermon on War and Rebirth
----------------------------------------------------
Jamethiel Windsong, a member of Lord Aegis' order, will be presenting a
Sermon on War and the impact it had on Thera. Whether you are a follower
of Lord Aegis or merely wish to pay your respects to those who suffered
the ravages and achieved the triumph of rebirth involved in War, come
along for what promises to be a wonderful Sermon.



17th Aeguary 425 - Poetry Recitals

The winners of the Theran Blossom Poetry Contest will recite their poems
for the enjoyment of all. Be moved by their skillful recitals covering
the theme of Thera. Come along and support your talented poets!



16th Miraman 425 - Horse Race
-----------------------------
Watch riders from all over Sapience battle it out around a course which
takes them through the sites where Vertani fortresses once stood! Feel
the adrenalin rush of a breathtaking race around the continent!



17th Miraman 425 - Theran Quiz
------------------------------
Join in the fun of a challenging quiz covering the history, people and
culture of Thera! Great prizes on offer to those who display their
knowledge of this resilient town!



15th Scarlatan 425 - Theran Riddle
----------------------------------
Enfrin, the woodcutter, sole survivor of the Theran holocaust, will
present a riddle to challenge all! See how you go deciphering cryptic
clues based on a Theran theme.



16th Ero 425 - Closing Ceremony
-------------------------------
During the closing ceremony, the Head Archivist of the Theran Library
will be presented with a Tome containing the poems and artwork of dozens
of talented Achaeans. Come along and see this special event, and witness
a special surprise presentation to Thera.


Interspersed throughout these events will be mini events such as freeze
races, treasure hunts and Rampages. Keep your eyes out for these smaller
events, and join in the fun!

Merchandise will also be on sale during the Festival, so grab yourself a
memento from the Theran Blossom Festival!
