Batista,
I am assuming that with your status as Vizier, you speak for Shallam.
Actually, no, let me make a small amendment. I see that due to your
status for Shallam you assume you speak for the city. From your post I
see that you know nothing of justice. I see that you know nothing of
compassion. I also see that the basic ideals of wisdom also surpass you.
However the concept of small-minded and narrow-viewed bigotry do seem to
be well within your grasp.
The final words that one sees when perusing the outline of Shallam are
"Those looking to advance themselves mindlessly instead of the greater
good may not find this stricter way of life suitable." Where exactly in
your post would someone look to find any sort of greater good? Would it
be when you most helpfully advised anyone the best way to comment on
Shallamese policy? Perhaps it would be the childish baiting of Sir
Latus, where you boast of doing something that even the lowliest
Mhaldorian would be loathe to admit. Perhaps it would be where you time
and time again disgrace not your enemies but yourself with childish and
petty insulting words.
Shallam as a concept, and even as a reality is better than you are and
better than your ignorant words have made her sound. Even though it has
been many years since I have darkened Shallam's doorstep with my
citizenship, it's rather upsetting to find someone thinking so little of
the city as to claim to be its representative while speaking so
foolishly.
