Even though you did so well quoting me most of your post, I'll try to
refer from quoting you. Arguing with people is not my style though,
however I'll respond to you as you seem to have misunderstood at least a
few things.

You said that you look upon advancement which involves your death as a
bad thing, I do not see how you can look at it as a bad thing though.
When you die, usually from combat, you are most likely to learn
something about the enemy who killed you, which is some kind of
advancement. Not a huge step of advancement, but still. You will most
likely learn a bit of your enemies weaknesses if you're lucky, and you
will learn how your enemy fights. Perhaps when you fight him/her next
time you know what to look out for.
And yes, I suppose some Mhaldorians can in fact look upon advancement as
a bad thing, this is rare however. My post were directed towards
non-Mhaldorians and so were the question which I asked about how you
look upon advancement.

You, Antonius, are indeed one of the stronger Shallamese, that I've got
to admit. And aye, you are usually capable of defending yourself. But
the average Shallamite isn't, the average Shallamite would rather sit in
a corner making love all night then defending their city when it is
under attack. So, the average Shallamite are in fact weak.

And again you speak of yourself as the average Shallamese. Let me just
say it this way, if forgiveness doesn't make you weak, how come the
average Mhaldorian is way stronger then the average Shallamese? And to
put it your way, why do I seem to be physically, and usually mentally,
stronger than the average Shallamese? I'm pretty sure I would be way
weaker if I were of the forgiving kind.

I have to admit that you have got a couple of good fighters that I do
not know where comes from. Just to list the few I know about: Sir
Itkovian, Tealthantos, Nelbron (is he active at all?) and Sander...well,
I can't really find any else that deserves to be on the list of your
best fighters...

Funny enough, Antonius, we seems to have about the same amount of
adventurer kills. However, I suppose yours mainly based on small,
pathetic thieves.

The thing you didn't understand, dear Shallamite, is that following the
Seven Truths of Evil -will- make you stronger. And that not following
the Seven Truths of Evil, doesn't mean you can't become stronger at all.
Just by following the Truths of Evil you will grow stronger for sure,
but if you do not follow them, there's a great chance you won't grow as
strong as you would if you did.

And for your challenge: Of course I'll fight you, Antonius, I always
enjoy crushing the face of Shallamites. Just don't cry to your mommy
when you pray for salvation.
