Hypocrisy and my last post

Greetings, O Knowledgeable One!
You seemed not to have read my post thoroughly enough, for not once did
I mention that Shallam was the ONLY city in Sapience riddled with
hypocrisy. Being neutral and cityless, I can find the hypocrisy in all
cities (except maybe Eleusis, because I really don't care about them).
Part of our nature as sentient beings is to be hypocritical. We can't
help it. Some people might deny that, but in the end, are they not just
committing the one true Sin of Self-deception? I will freely admit that
I can be a hypocrite, because I know that it is not beneath any of us.
Not that I try to be hypocritical, mind you. I don't believe that I am
ALWAYS a hypocrite, but I know that I can take a hypocritical stance.
All rambling aside, if I spent enough time in each city, I am sure that
I could post the hypocrisy I see within each just by sitting at their
popular hang-out areas. As clarification, I don't mean right away. I
mean months on end. Maybe years. At this time, the hypocrisy within
Cyrene, Eleusis and Hashan is somewhat unknown to me, but I think there
are two reasons for this. One, I have never lived in Cyrene or Eleusis,
and only lived in Hashan for a year or two, and two, these three cities
tend to be the quietest, not constantly tooting their own horns. Hashan,
granted, is the loudest of the three, but that's beside the point.
In any case, yes, there is hypocrisy in each city in Sapience. No, we
cannot help being hypocritical at times because it is in our nature.
Yes, if you deny that you are ever a hypocrite, you are committing the
Sin of Self-deception.
