War in Darkness

In these times of change and confusion those that don't adapt to move
with the times are left behind to rot and decay. I fear that many of
the worlds organizations are feeling that preassure right now, and hope
in the continued stability of all of them and the wisdom of the leaders
to choose new pathes of change and prosperity. I feel that I must now
speak, given the recent words passed back and forth between those of
the most Holy Order of Aegis and the Order of Twilight the Dark Father.
I can, as the leader of the Order of Twilight, sitting at the Head of
the Order, that there is no War going on between Darkwalkers and the
followers of War. I have noted that many of Lord Twilight's shrines
have been defiled, but as I had heard the reasons of the Aegean Order
regarding that, and its percieved punishment of Darkness for the lone
actions of one of our own, Profit Bayt al-Azhan, whom has been ousted
from the Order for said abuses of the Order Powers which he had at his
disposal. I can't see it as a direct War or even a battle between our
Orders though. None of the actions taken by the Aegean Order have
resulted in enemy status for more than the brief time it took to
realise that it was more of the misdirected punishment, and to accept
it as such.
Pride may be part of the reason that I've not permited, nor wished
to beg for forgiveness on the Order's Behalf. I would say that it is
much deeper than that though. I feel that as the Orderhead I have to
keep up to Lord Twilight's expectations and not take any Other above
Him. I don't see where the wishes of another body of mortals, and the
actions of those mortals on my own mortal organization should make
me bow my head and accept another as greater than Him. We Darkwalkers
prise our freewill and ability to reason and act as individuals. I
would hope that the rest of the world could understand that few of
those actions harm others, but not with the weight of the Order, or
of Lord Twilights words behind them. In essence we s n Order are
no less because of the actions of one. Whats a little blood, sweat
and pain to a mortal except for a way to measure true Belief?
Where our Father is off in His own Dreamworld exploring the deep
innermost meanings and realities behind His being and connection as
an entity of the Circle of Night, I can speak for Him, but on certain
issues I have chosen not to fight, but to wait for resolution, if War
with a passive organization is what pleases, by all means continue,
but I suspect that it is not the joyeous and honourable fight which
is sought. In short, for those that have not the patience to wade
through my prose. Darkness will not battle, nor even war with War.
In the end all I will do as an Order is deal with individuals on a
per instance basis.
Be well and thank you all for your time and patience,
In Darkness,
