Hail Sapience!

I am writing to echo the Voice of the Mists in announcing the position
of the Ouranians regarding the Lady Demester's shrines.

As the realm should well know, the Lady Ourania is intimately tied with
Nature. As a result, neither She nor Her children hold any ill-will
toward the forestal community or Nature. However, Her graciousness does
not extend so far as to make it possible to overlook recent disparaging
remarks directed toward Her and Her Family.

Consequently, the Ouranians with neither help nor actively seek to harm
the Green Lady. Until further notice, the Ouranians will not participate
in any active aggression toward or defence of Lady Demeter's shrines. We
will aid neither defilers nor defenders in any way.

As each Ouranian in his or her own way holds Nature dear, many will
likely feel moved to protect Nature herself, especially by helping to
fight forest fires and patrolling for overharvests and other dangers to
Nature's bounty. Those so moved will continue in such acts of service
with the Lady Ourania's blessing.
