This is to all noncitizens of Ashtan.
There has been a Decree set forth for our citizens and now is the time for a new one for the rest of the land. Enter our walls for trade and friends if you so wish, for we do still welcome people to come and visit our grand city. But be warned as well, we do not offer impunity from being attacked by anyone here. If you know a personal enemy is a citizen of Ashtan, within the city, and you most likely will be attacked by them if you do come here then dont. Also be known if you do come here for the purpose of harming the city or any of its citizens expect to also be attacked as well by others.
Let it also be known that our citizens do have a right to the Bloodfued law set forth to them. Anyone interfering with a Bloodfued between two of our citizens shall be, by the sole discretion of the Archons, become enemies of Ashtan. Do not attempt to escalate a Bloodfued into a guild or friendship matter, it is for our citizens to settle their own differences.
Enemies of Ashtan are just that, do not come here, you are a enemy for a reason and may/shall be attacked on sight by Ashtan citizens. If you feel you have been unjustly enemied then bring your case before us Archons and we shall review it.
If any in the land wish to become a part of this grand city we will review request and determine if you are worthy of such by your past actions as well on the dedication and loyally you will hold towards Ashtan. We require Loyalty to this city above all else and if that is something you can not do then Ashtan is not the home you seek.
