"Mortals exist on three planes, the Physical, the Mental, and the
Spiritual. This faceted existence is not acknowledged by many, and
understood by few. Most make the mistake of concentrating on the
Physical plane, a truly mundane aspect of being. True Power comes from
the knowledge of all three planes, and the proper application of that
knowledge. Proper balance of these three facets is the only approach
towards absolute fulfillment.

The Way of the Kharon represents the long and perilous journey that we
undertake to achieve True Enlightenment. Such an achievement is only
possible once one has dominated ones own being and achieved the perfect
balance of all three planes of mortal existence. Our training of Tekura
gives us the understanding of the physical plane. The Mental plane is
substantiated in our Telepathic abilities and our manipulation of Kai
energy manifests our knowledge of the spiritual plane. True mastery of
these skills allows us to master our environment and bend it to our
powerful Will.

The Way of the Kharon is far from easy. True dedication is required for
mastery of the planes of existence. Many monks have come, and many have
left. It is the multi-faceted knowledge of existence that makes us
Kharon. Without such, and the True Enlightenment that follows, we are no
more than simple monks."

I wish I could claim authorship of such a fine piece of work. However,
this was penned not by myself, but by the most ancient and accomplished
amongst us. Leaders like the original Kharon Grand Masters, Changcoix,
Laergon, Tranquility, Aringar. Within the walls of Monastery that now
sits within Hashan, beats the heart of the original Kharon Empire. A
pulse of integrity, passion, awareness, discipline, intelligence, and
enlightenment birthed a generation of those to rise to stardom,
motivating their lives and those around them with these grounding
principals.

It was once called,"The Way" and was a legendary piece of work. Does,
"The Way" still pulse? Does the heart of the Enlightened Monk, still
beat?
