The solution to your little problem is really quite simple. Dismiss all
your guards and take down all your walls so that noone is able to harbor
criminals any longer. Now, while that will open the door for me to come
and raze all your pathetic stone houses to the ground, atleast you will
no longer have to worry about criminals hiding out amongst you.
