To whom it may concern:

The corpse in question was not authorized by anyone to be interned
within Ashtan. There is only one person that has been given the
authority to administer to the fallen citadel and any requests regarding
it. Thus far, Ogrebushi has not received any mention in the matter.
Advocates for the corpse in question have 7 months to petition Ogrebushi
to stay the course. If permission isn't granted in that amount of time,
the Ashtan Parkmaster and his attendents will be charged with exuming
and disposing of the body. Any who wish to speak with me in regards to
the matter are free to approach me.
