I now see the problem with my reasoning. As Arietta has clearly pointed
out using the best logic ever:

Yes, the answer is clear to me now. If the Majority of the world says
Lord Kemnast is a Pixie in Minia, he disappears from the Underworld and
appears in Minia as a pixie. Because we all know, the Majority has the
power to mentally manifest whatever reality it wants.

Yes because we all know that as much as Geraint and Rangor and all them
despise Mhaldor they just have to decide that Mhaldor is really Shallam
and it becomes Shallam. According to this Forestal, Lord Sartans will
can be overpowered by the Majority of get this mortals. I feel pity for
the person who thinks this way, as Lord Sartans wrath isnt something to
be provoked. The Tyrannus and fine citizens of Mhaldor serve his will no
matter what the Majority thinks. Youd do well to understand that. The
truth doesnt change just because people believe it to be something else.
To state that it does discredits any argument you could present saying
its based off logic. Perhaps you should spend less time provoking people
like Tiamat to attacking the Forest, and more time studying the Seven
Truths, the way the world around us works. Mortal perception of the
truth may change, but the truth is still the irrefutable truth.
