Nature

Dear Greyda,

You say I try to dictate what Nature is? Far from it dear perhaps you
misconceive my point. The point is simply thus: No matter what you or I
or anyone believes is Nature, that doesn't change the fact that simple
logic can prove what IS in fact Nature. Just because you don't believe
Mhaldor exists, doesn't mean it's going to instantly stop existing and
being Mhaldor. Just because you won't admit that every living thing is a
part of Nature, doesn't change the fact that it is. As has been said
before, Thera had gardens and rooms of forestal purpose as well. To
value one aspect of Nature over another aspect of Nature conflicts with
what a Forestal is. Perhaps instead of saying I don't have an
understanding of Forestals you should look at what you think you
understand now and reassess the facts. You've always been quite friendly
and seemed open minded and I'm sure that you are more than capable of
changing your opinion should facts be presented. Now if you can prove to
me how people, how we, are not part of Nature then I will gladly retract
my statement. Or you can simply ignore the truth, either way one things
always remains the same Nature is Nature. Not what you believe it to be.

Upon further ponderings perhaps Forestals shouldn't claim to be
protectors of Nature, but merely defenders of what they believe Nature
to be. That would make your point most correct as no one can tell you
what you believe without you knowing whether you truly believe it or
not. But people can logically assess what makes up Nature and see you
refuse to defend it despite your claim to be its defender and well then
you're at the same point as we are at now. I'm not trying to tell anyone
what to believe, or what to do, or that they have to change. I'm merely
pointing out facts and observations to promote thought and perhaps
express a new view on an old subject that I'm surprised hasn't been
mentioned before, or at least not for a while. Another fact that never
changes: I can't make you do anything, nor make you change your point of
view. All I can do is point out fact and observation that you might have
overlooked. What you do with said knowledge is entirely up to you.

Respectfully,
Jago Verasall
