It's not really quite that simple Tsara. As Jarrel put it, if the
forestals just leave Tiamat alone because he is destroying the forests,
what else will he demand when he next decides to do it? So the Forestals
raided Mhaldor. He should either A) Raid them back or B) Kill the
forestals which raided in a response to the raid. Attacking their groves
may seem like a fitting counter attack for attacking his home (Mhaldor)
since groves are in a sense like a forestals home, but at the same time
when Mhaldor is raided, it's not the actual city that gets attacked but
rather the citizens. So why does he attack the groves instead of the
people who he holds responsible? Well for one probably because it's
annoying as hell, but secondly because he's probably just too damn weak
to do anything to the people he's mad at in the first place. Raiding
cities happens, and as a (former) citizen of Mhaldor Tiamat should know
that. It's funny to see a former Mhaldorian put up such a big fuss over
people raiding his city. Funny how I've never seen a Shallamite do the
same. Maybe if he just took a moment to think about his actions, he
would realize that he's just making Mhaldor, the city that he was trying
to "defend" in the first place look bad, and proving that Shallamites
can take more brunt than Mhaldor can before resorting to tactics like
attacking peoples groves or belongings rather than the people themselves
that they are mad at. But hmmm. Maybe that's what Mhaldor has become
now. Talkaze attacking the ponies of people she is mad at, Tiamat
attacking groves. Where will it all end? Oh the humanity!
Grow up Tiamat.
