Mhaldorian evil

In the continual pursuit of intellectual and theological enlightenment,
The second truth of evil states that: Cruelty is the application of
pain; it is the method by which one weeds out the weak and feeble-minded
from the population.
This is clearly a message of extermination of the weak. It aims directly
those who are either physically or mentally weaker then others. While
the other "truths" are more self oriented, this one has a clearly
different connotation.
Correct me if I am incorrect, but the second truth of evil is saying
this: The end is to weed the weak out and the means to do it is cruelty.
Do not misunderstand me; I am not saying that you wish to wipe
everyone/everything out. That was simply a caricature of the complete
elimination of what you call weakness, so a kind of Sartanic Utopia if
you will. And as I have demonstrated before, a universe without
"weakness" is a universe without strength; one cannot exist without the
other. Why? Because one defines the other.
I do understand why you don't want to wipe everyone out, because after
all the Truths scroll does end by saying: Greatness is the pursuit of
dominance over others. In fact, without weaker beings then yourselves,
you would have nothing to dominate.
The point of this exercise is to see if the principles of the 7 truths
are coherent and theologically logic. Or if you only take what you like
out of it, and justify yourselves with general rules you make up along
the way.
I am only humbly seeking understanding.
