Meditation Techniques, S'more

Hello yet again, my Stressed Readers.

Given that the intense Headstand action of our last session caused me to
pass out for a month, we shall continue the tried and true method. But
my time away gave me thought.

When one is sick, sometimes the body heats up very much, resulting in a
fever. But sometimes the fever takes things too far and everything is
muttering about it because they can do nothing. Like the Savannah Cow.

But the fever also burns away the bad, and tries to restore the good.
Thus we shall try intense concentration today, so as to burn away the
bad from our minds.

Let us assume the sitting position, that we shall not be forced to
labour the blood to the brain.

Begin by seeing yourself in a dark void. Think yourself inside, seeing
nothing but the darkness, knowing nothing but yourself.

Conjure a flame around the mental image, heating, ever-so-subtly licking
at your consciousness.

Imagine the flames becoming hotter, more intense, melting the stress
away from your bones like a non-lethal holocaust bomb.

Bathe yourself in the flame of your mind, feel the burn, as it were. Let
all your senses be one with the flame, like the flames of passion on a
muggy night in your humble abode. Awkward simile, but it fits well.

Feel the flames at the peak of their heat, heating, burning, melting,
smel-...smell the heat?

Ah hell. It seems my boot has caught aflame. I must cut this session of
Meditation short, keep the soothing mannerisms in your heart, and may
Rubber Ducky be with you!
