Theft and the Forthcoming Bloodbath

Attention Thief Hunters of Sapience!

I am certain that the following message will bring each and every one of
you great joy. I give to you the _ENTIRE_ leadership of Hashan for your
slaughtering delight!

For the next seven months every member of this contemptible city is free
to be killed on the following grounds: for the theft of land, house,
totems and personal items from my son-in-law Surt, the theft of a mount
from Hataru, the theft of personal items from Kaelai, and the theft of a
mount of mine through the redevelopment of a plot bearing Surt's name in
Hashan.

The leadership of this offensive city has refused to return the stolen
belongings to Kaelai, Hataru and myself based on the grounds that the
land belongs to an enemy of Hashan, though the "enemy" no longers uses
this home for his own personal use. If you happen to cover any of the
stolen goods from these thieves their return would be greatly
appreciated.

Yours in Vengeance,
Ayvalen Vas'amaen-Sirsuma

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Scarlatan, in the year 390 AF.
