Acceptance

For months we in Tasur'ke have awaited news of the turn of events in the
world at large, events which have caught our humble town in a riptide.
Unable to leave our town for fear of violence imparted upon us for the
alliance we struck with the Vertani, we have been kept in relative
isolation. But today, the news I have been waiting to hear has been
delivered by the woman Skye Danarri, to whom I am grateful beyond words.

To Ashtan: we accept your gracious offer of amnesty. We do not wish to
see any more blood shed in the name of the Vertani in our peaceful town.
In faithfulness, the town of Tasur'ke has declared cessation of
hostilities towards Ashtan and its ally in this war, Mhaldor.

I thank the city leaders of Ashtan for giving us the opportunity to mend
our relations in these perilous times.

Penned by my hand on the 4th of Daedalan, in the year 390 AF.
