Cyrene and Runewarden Centennial Celebration

As has been previously mentioned in the news, it is with pride and much
joy that we bring attention to the advent of the one hundredth year
celebration of Cyrene and our beloved and most noble Knights. We have
created a festival to commemorate this glorious occasion and will be
opening events up to the world throughout the next months. We invite all
non-enemies to come celebrate with us and enjoy good company and the
fruits of our creative efforts.

We will be providing a host of activities that hopefully suit the
interests of all, and great prizes will accompany the competitive
events. Arena events, cultural events, entertainment, and novice events
will all be part of the festival schedule.

As part of the festivities, we will be hosting a Centennial Ball and
Feast at this coming serenade. It will be held in the Imperial Ballroom,
and we will step outside for fireworks and a champagne toast. After the
ball, approximately two days later, we will be walking over to Centre
Crossing to enjoy the Centennial Parade. Floats aplenty will be
available for viewing. We invite the world to join us.

Cyrene is proud to be a center for culture and community, dedicating
ourselves to creating a serene environment where people can set their
weapons aside and intermingle peaceably. As such, the only thing we must
insist on is that all who come respect this request and enjoy themselves
without risk of violence or disruption to others. If you have soldiers
in your entourage which might inadvertantly attack, we respectfully
request that you leave them outside of the gates.

Come celebrate with us as we celebrate the 100 years past and look
towards the next 100 with much joyful anticipation!

Beneficia, on behalf of the Cyrene Senate

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Valnuary, in the year 388 AF.
