To the leadership of Caer Witrin

Hail leaders of Caer Witrin,

The city of Cyrene and your village have been close neighbours for a
long time, sharing a bond due to Lord Scarlatti's magic, which has
touched both Cyrene and Caer Witrin. We, the Senate of Cyrene, firmly
believe that we have fostered a positive relationship with the citizens
of Caer Witrin. When the town first emerged, many individual Cyrenians
(especially those of Lord Scarlatti's Order and the Bards) willingly
defended the city from troublemakers. We have always discouraged any
type of aggression or hunting to be done by Cyrenians at all in Caer
Witrin.

The Imperiate and Senate of Cyrene wish to request a formal meeting with
your ruling council on the relations between our cities and to explore
the possibilities in creating an even richer relationship with Caer
Witrim The world is gripped by tumultuous and chaotic moments and
events. Cyrene wishes to seek ways to ensure that the sanctuary of our
homes in the Vashnar mountains are not threatened by any harm at all.

Thank you for your time and we look forward to see if a meeting is
possible.

Humbly,
The Senate of Cyrene.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Scarlatan, in the year 388 AF.
