Warrior's Thought of the Day

A well-known revolutionary once said: "Hatred as an element of struggle;
unbending hatred for the enemy, which pushes a human being beyond his
natural limitations, making him into an effective, violent, selective,
and cold-blooded killing machine. This is what our soldiers must
become."
Some call this revolutionary a great warrior, but quotes such as these
are among the stupidest and most naive statements a warrior has ever
said. I warn you all to be on guard against the suggestions of
"warriors" such as this one.
Unbending hatred for one's enemy creates a world in which a person, or
people's entire purpose depends on the existance of an external
agressor. Such people are unfit to have nations of their own, for they
are prone to infighting when those nations are achieved.
I have often witnessed people who had this outlook on their battles.
Often their entire lifestyle ceases to exist, as they live soley as
warriors, yet fight for nothing. When they win their wars, they find
they have nothing left, no purpose, no trade, nothing but undirected
hatred.
A true warrior fights for a purpose. A true warrior's goal is to remove,
as much as possible, the need for his own talents. Do not follow a
warrior who does not see past the war he is in.
