Hingar: Laws of the Land

This post is just a clarification regarding the laws and the Temple
Grounds! While I'm not requesting anything, I just felt the need to
clarify a point which I think you may of overlooked.

The scroll which you say is the Law of the Land is one which actually
applies for Adventurers when dealing with other Adventurers. While
there's no specific distinction given between what makes one an
Adventurer and another a Denizen, I feel safe in saying that we've only
seen Denizens from the Vertani Empire.

While its true that wasn't the Temple Proper, it -is- part of the Temple
Grounds. And while you will say we can't defend Temple Grounds from
others, this is in fact only true against other Adventurers. Should we
follow these laws to the letter and apply them to Denizens, you would
notice there is nothing which speaks of Denizen Empires or Villages.
What does that mean? Does that mean Denizens can't own villages and the
land they consider their own... their home isn't? Would that mean the
Vertani Empire actually has no claims to Land here?

Something to consider

Perhaps there is no 'Law of the Land' with regards to Denizens and
Adventurers, instead it boils down simple mutual respect.

Anyways, I don't want this to be taken as a strike against the Vertani
in any way. I'm still quite happy with the arrangements regarding the
Fortress by M'Lady's Temple. I just wanted to clarify a point with
regards to the 'Law of the Land'
