As WarChieftain of the Dwarves of Kongol Drak, I formally invite you to
a meeting to discuss the possible joining of your clans to the Nation of
Kongol Drak. Being comprised solely of Dwarves, we have decided it is
time all Dwarves are joined under banner, and wished to formally offer
you the chance. Terms and agreements can be discussed at the meeting,
which will be composed of myself and as many of the Chieftains as are
able to attend. Such is the Council of Kongol Drak.

This offer is extended to yourselves and your councils, though we ask
you limit the number you bring with you to three, if you do so choose to
attend. Ale will be available at the expense of Kongol Drak, and all
assurances are given that no aggression will be offered by any parties
assembled by our Council. You will be safe so long as we meet.

To make things flexible, we of Kongol Drak are willing to meet you all
at once, or at separate meetings if you so desire.
