A little quick to accuse there aren't you? I cannot speak directly for
Lady Beneficia, but i belive her words were meant to say that Cyrene
wishes to assist any way it can in the rebuilding of thera, and that the
therans could make up thier own mind if they wished to ally with any
city or denizens or villages or cultures. Thera afterall is its own just
like Jaru, or Shaashtaan or Genji, they should decide who they are
allied to.
