meteors and bodies

Xorani' Historian, Ted (Harpo) Blackharp, Kibeth's Bard and High Drake.

Thank you for reiterating a point made first by Greys, and then repeated
by myself. We have killed in this war, and we have always seen our
enemies return. All of them! Our attack on Thera, regrettable as it was,
was launched as other attacks, with the same understanding - that yours
would return. Indeed, _all_ the adventurers in Thera at the time of the
attack returned. And some, such as the woodcutter, were completely
untouched. Our attack was as other attacks. No doubt larger in scale and
more intense, but still an attack usable in warfare. The absence of the
Therans afterwards is as much a surprise to us as it appears to be to
you.

So for this new angle on the question. I thank you, and again offer our
regrets for the events surrounding Thera, and our hope to in some small
way prove our good will in the aftermath.

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Miraman, in the year 386 AF.
