You will form an army with the discussed mortal as its captain. You
shall name them the Prosperian Mercenaries and they will carry My
blazon. I can call upon this army in need. Your responsibility is to
train this army in the best way possible and keep them fit at all times.
As a safety procedure the Orders of Combat and that of Trade and Wealth
shall sign a pact.
