The last few posts made sense and I hold great respect for you in those
posts. This is not about right or wrong, good or evil, slayers of
innocence or even the passive scholars. This is about survival and the
ability for all of us to agree to disagree, about our free will to
decide for ourselves what we wish to believe in. If the Vertani succeed
then none of us shall have a voice, we will no longer have free will.
Ashtan Mhaldor, Cyrene, Hashan, and yes even Shallam will no longer have
the right to believe as they do, we all will be forced to believe as the
Vertani, as their slaves.

Let Shallam stand by and do nothing if that is their wish, allow anyone
to stand by while the rest fight for ours and their freedom from Vertani
rule. History never forgets and within History it shall show who are the
ones that fight for our survival, if we do survive that is. If the
Vertani do succeed however I doubt that History will be written for it
is always the victors that write it.

Shallam and the other cities are asked to help in this, no one is
attempting to force your help. It is up to you to decide it is your
freedom of choice to join or not to join in this fight. That freedom is
what I shall fight to protect and die to protect and I do not care one
way or the other if anyone or any city wishes to fight with me, just do
not fight stand in the way of our fight for freedom is all I ask.
