I'm not going to sit here and tell any of you what to do. In fact, I
don't really care if Shallam, Eleusis, or Cyrene continue to stay
neutral. However, I do want to bring up one very important point to you
all.

I find it interesting that only AFTER Thera was destroyed did other
cities make it known that they would house any of the Therans that
remain. You weep for Thera and yet you continue to sit idly by and say
that the Vertani may or may not be "bad". They DESTROYED an entire
village. Who is to say that our cities won't be next?

As far as I know, every adventurer bashes "innocent" denizens. You can
claim that one group is evil and one group is good, however you are
still taking lives. Saying that its a holy crusade against evil, doesn't
make you anymore right then the person who takes life to better their
experience of the realms.

Thera stood up for what her citizens believed was right, that no one
should be able to tell them how to live, to rule them. The Vertani claim
they want to civilize us. That is their opinion, I however believe that
I don't have to go willingly with their views. Its called, FREE WILL.

So, in closing, everyone has a choice. Ashtan and Mhaldor have made
theirs. We will not subject ourselves to foreign rule. We will rebel
against our oppressors.
