Greetings Achaea, I write to you today to not only express my sympathy
to the fallen villagers of Thera, who were slain by no other than the
peace loving Vertani, but I come to you all with a plea. We are facing a
danger here unlike any other, and though I realize that I am not saying
anything that has not been said before, I ask only that the player
killing in the current open pk zones cease. It is impossible for the
peoples of Sapience to unite if we cannot travel to the Vertani
strongholds (Tasur'ke ,el' Jazira) without being slain by other
adventurers. I beg the leaders of all cities to discourage their
citizens from player killing in these zones, as it only serves to divide
our peoples and thus, make the Vertani more powerful. -Woodrow
