Sarapis had mentioned that the Delosian Weaponry Shop will be phased out
once player characters take over the responsibility of supplying the public
with military merchandise. I wanted to mention this because once the Delosian
shop phases out, you will most likely see a slight rise in weaponry prices
all across Achaea, due to the fact that shopkeepers are now paying overhead
costs that the Delosian shopkeepers didn't have to pay.

I wanted to give everyone advance notice of this expected change in the
market. As CEO of ToV, I like to keep you informed. Thank you.
