In response to some questions that were asked about the upcoming Summit:

1. Yes, the Vertani will be suspending hostilities with those in
attendance. We expect the same courtesy from those in attendance.
2. All are welcome to attend, but given how many of you there are, we
must insist that only city and village leaders speak, as they represent
the largest populations.
