Sapience-

On the 13th of Phaestian, of the year 383, Ashtan will be holding a
Summit to discuss the Vertani and their impact on Sapience at the
Crystal Leaf Ampitheater. The leaders from any village or city-state are
welcome to attend, provided they respect each other and maintain the
laws of conduct placed forth at the beginning. Any others attending are
expected to remain silent and direct their questions through their
respective leaders, should they be unable to remain silent and still,
they will be asked to leave and removed if necessary.
