It seems that Achaean's suffer from the same malady as the Vertani do,
and can not seperate organization from individual. Thera is an open PK
area at the moment, meaning anyone who walks into Thera should expect to
die. This would happen even if there was no alliance with Ashtan. People
dont wander around the Underworld in hopes for a trade and then get
surprised when someone attacks them, so why are people surprised when
they are attacked in Thera?
And while certain people may not be able to freely travel in Thera, they
could always travel freely in Ta'surke, or El'Jazira... oh wait, no they
cant because there are roving bands of 50 or more Vertani. Im pretty
sure the commerse has ground to a hault in those places.
However you dont hear the leaders of those cities complaining. Why?
Because their people arent dying needlessly. So just suck it up and be
glad there is only a band of 5 people and not a band of 50 terrorizing
you when you walk into Thera.
