While the people of Tasur'ke regret the bloody circumstances which have
brought us to this juncture, we have voted to also declare a formal
state of war against the peoples of Ashtan and Mhaldor. While we have no
militia, this declaration is at least symbolic of our stance against the
mindless slaughter of our people and of our protectors.
